Where are Smiletoys toys produced?

All our toys are produced in the Smiletoys factories in Otwock near Warsaw. We are a manufacturer, not an importer.

Are Smiletoys toys safe?

Toys offered by Smiletoys are manufactured with highest attention to diligence and safety of product users. Our internal Quality Department looks after highest standards of production. Additionally our products are regularly tested in accredited laboratories in Poland and abroad. Both mechanical and chemical characteristics of toys are examined. Our toys conform to European Toys Directive 2009/48/WE and latest EN71 Safety Norms.

Can an individual buy toys directly from Smiletoys?

Currently, Smiletoys does not retail its products.

Where can you buy Smiletoys toys?

Our toys can be found on the shelves of the largest retail chains in Poland and in most wholesalers and retail stores. Additionally, they can be found on online auction portals and mail order stores.

Is it possible to order toys under private label or customized request (color, composition, packaging)?

As a manufacturer, we have the opportunity to produce toys according to the individual wishes of our customers. The execution of such orders is, of course, dependent on the size of the order and meeting the minimum quantity criteria required by us. We also have experience in producing promotional materials decorated with the client’s logo or the brand of its products on IML labels (e.g. flying saucers, beach sets).
